Billing data are transmitted from authentic, trusted source: clinic software* and therefore alleviates any fraudulent claims arising from images of bills. Our network can also detect and signal insurers of any claims that were previously filed.
We have devoted into building a secured network architecture coupled with data encryption to ensure the highest standard of data security.
We replace the traditional Medical Cards with our newly introduced “Check-in” process at clinic. Patient can now use their registered app to scan our QR code at clinics. Once “checked-in”, we’ll ensure this consultation being paid for and covered by patient’s insurer.
With patient opting to pay first, our Instant Claim solution ensures a safe, hassle-free way to file the claim: via instructions over our app, claim is filed and approved before even stepping out of the clinic!
No more faxes! As part of pre-approval process, hospital deposits are stored within app and acknowledged at hospital counter, all achieved without the hassle of going through back-and-forth faxes and carrying around Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
